LoL Patch 13.9 fällt zwar etwas kleiner aus, aber Nerfs für einen der stärksten Picks im Spiel sind trotzdem dabei. Sion wird mit diesem Update deutlich abgeschwächt. Das Kuriose daran? Dieser Nerf basiert auf den Durability-Anpassungen aus Patch 12.10! Fast ein Jahr ist seit diesen Anpassungen vergangen.
Sion is going to be getting nerfed in the upcoming LoL Patch 13.9. The champion has been tearing up both solo queue, as well as the pro meta, thanks to his tankiness and his zombie passive which gives him a bit more life even after his death.
But now Riot is going to be looking to tone down his grasp on life. Will this have any effect on Sion in the next patch, or is it a "nerf" like Jinx' tiny AD nerf.
LoL Patch 13.9: Sion Nerfs To Combat His Lane Oppression
Sion has been in a great spot lately. He's a great tank that is able to clear waves with ease, gaining the upper hand in a lane and making the enemy dance to his tune. His zombie form is also a strong asset when it comes to this, as popular League of Legends streamer Simon "Thebausffs" Hofverberg has shown.

He has perfected the art of "inting Sion" thanks to his knowledge of the game and wave management. But he, along with other Sion mains – and we're not just talking about those of you who try to master "inting Sion" – should have a bit of a harder time this coming patch.
The zombie form will be decaying faster, but is it going to have any effects on him? The insane amounts of life steal his zombie has, will mean though that Sion is going to be annoying as ever, since he can still stay alive for a few seconds to push the lane, meaning it's going to be as difficult as before to set up a decent lane state against him.
Some fans had hoped that Sion would receive some nerfs to his W, Soul Furnace, and Q, Decimating Smash, combo is going to stay the same. By the mid game Sion is able to clear waves in one shot with this combo and some players would have hoped for some mana changes or something along those lines.
Riot did explain that the nerf to Sion's decay is a result of the Durability Update from the previous season, as well as the item Heartsteel which gives the champion insane amounts of health. Will these changes truly make Sion weaker though? Most players are skeptical so we can expect some more changes to Sion in the future if he continues to be such a strong pick.
