In LoL Patch 13.9 Jinx is getting nerfed, but most players don't think that Riot is doing enough for the famous champion, calling it favoritism.
LoL Patch 13.9 is just around the corner, with Trundle receiving some much-needed mana buffs and Sion finally receiving some nerfs. There is one champion though that has completely dominated the last few patches and while she is getting a nerf, many fans think that Riot isn't doing enough.
Jinx is going to be nerfed in LoL Patch 13.9, but are these nerfs even worth mentioning or could Riot have just completely left these changes out of the patch?
LoL Patch 13.9: Jinx Nerfs Are Forgettable
Jinx has become the go-to champion in the bot lane throughout the last few patches. With multiple nerfs to other bot laners, she has come out on top as the best pick in the current meta, and no other champion can compare.

Now, in LoL Patch 13.9, Riot is going to nerf her, but most players believe that the nerfs Riot has planned are basically nothing. Her AD growth has been cut from 3.4 to 3.15, which means that by the time she hits the late game she should have a whopping 4 less mana.
Yes... that's the nerf. The only nerf.
While some fans do prefer these type of small adjustments to champions, rather than gutting them completely, most players do believe that this is not even worth calling a "nerf".
Others took these changes with a grain of salt, while others just laughed about it, saying that with the upcoming Season 2 of Arcane, there is no chance in hell that Riot would nerf the poster girl of the series.
Sure, the second season is a ways away, but Jinx has become one of the most played champions in the game thanks to the series. Maybe Riot decided to keep some of the harsher nerfs locked away, due to the upcoming changes to mythic items.
Riot is going to be making adjustments to a lot of bot lane itemization, so we could be seeing her get nerfed indirectly through those changes in the midseason update.
For now, solo queue players are going to have to deal with Jinx for another patch, because these "nerfs" will not stop players from picking her.
