There is no officially confirmed end date yet, but if you look at the Battle Pass page in the game, you'll discover the following info in the bottom left corner:

Therefore, it can be said with certainty that the Season will end on that day.
New Fortnite Season: Start Date For C4 S4
Even if the official end of the Chapter 4 Season 3 Battle Pass falls on August 25, the new season will maybe not start until the following day. After the (hopefully taking place) live event, the servers usually go offline for a longer time to prepare the game for the big update.
Then, if everything goes as planned, you can expect Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 to be released on August 25 or 26, 2023. Each season lasts about three months. Since there are already leaks that Chapter 4 will end with Season 4, means that Chapter 5 will start around the end of November.
