Navori Quickblades

According to RiotPhlox we're also getting some adjustments to Navori Quickblades as well on the PBE server. The item is going to be exclusive with Infinity Edge and all of its attacks will get refunds, not just the crit hits.

  • 60 Attack Damage
  • 20% Critical Strike Chance
  • 20 Ability Haste
  • Transcendence: If you have at least 60% critical strike chance, your attacks reduce your non-ultimate ability cooldown by 15% of their remaining cooldown
  • Impermanence: Your abilities deal up to 20% increased damage based on your critical strike chance

Archangel's Staff, Seraph's Embrace and Gargoyle Stoneplate were also supposed to get some changes, but all of those have been reverted on the PBE ahead of the preseason 2023 going live.

These are all the upcoming item changes Riot is implementing in the League of Legends preseason. Though, we do think that mages are missing some opportunities to gain ability haste.
