1. Roberto Carlos – Cover Star Icon SBC
This guy is just out of this world. Incredible Stats. Shoutout to his Trophy Titan version, but this is just beyond words.
Complete. This. SBC.
He can play in various positions, and is considered a beast no matter where you place him after kick off.
2. Theo Hernández – TOTY
Theo Hernández is even much better this year – thanks to his TOTY. The good thing about him is that he has already accumulated quite a few cards in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team. So if you can't afford this card, which is around one million coins, you can simply use his other versions like the WC TOTT. It's significantly cheaper and more than useful.
Another player worth mentioning on the LB position is Joan Capdevilla. His FUTTIES card is very special, and just in case you can't afford one of these guys, go with a different version of Capdevilla – he is cracked no matter which version you use.
FIFA 23: Best Right Backs In FUT (RB, RWB)
Switching to the right side, we now show you which players give you the best chance of taking on even the best Wingers. As with Left Backs, RBs can usually be modified to RWBs.
1. Dani Carvajal – FUTTIES
This guy is the very best right now when it comes to defenders on the right side.
2. Achraf Hakimi – TOTY
Achraf Hakimi's TOTY card convinces with unbelievable speed. But his other stats are almost cheeky for a Full Back. 4 star skills and weak foot also fit in with this. As a PSG player, Hakimi offers possibly one of the best links in FUT.
The price of this card is unbearable for most, but with its WC Phenoms version or Inform card you are still good to go!
Another players worth mentioning are Jules Koundè and Denzel Dumfries, who got awesome FUTTIES as well...
