FIFA 23 Global Series: TG.NIP Wins The FGS!

The FIFA 23 Global Series is found their winners. Team TG Nip with Levi de Weerd and Olle Arbin can celebrate this major title and secure their spot in the FIFAe World Cup! EarlyGame says GG.

FGS: TG.NIP Wins After A Long Journey

A total of 20 teams fought in the group stage in four groups of five for the first two places and thus for a place in the quarter-finals. Besides the two German teams RBLZ Gaming and Fokus, Atleti Raiders and Complexity Gaming were also group winners.

The best group winner met the worst group runner-up on January 16 and so on. Complexity Gaming met PSG Esports, RBLZ Gaming met Fanatic, Atleti Riders met Team Futwiz and Fokus met TG.NIP. Besides Complexity Gaming and Team Futwiz, the opponents of the German teams also prevailed. Fnatic beat RBLZ Gaming 8:1 (3:0, 5:1) and TG.NIP won against Fokus 4:3 (2:0, 1:2). In the semi-finals Fnatic and TG.NIP won their games and beat each other in the big final.

And the Winner is!

On January 18, the four remaining teams played for the title. By the way, the four finalists have secured the FIFAe World Cup ticket. In the grand finale, the Ninjas in Pyjamas beat Fnatic 5-1 and can rejoice over the victory of the Global Series.

How You Can Get FGS Rewards

The FIFA Global Series is always livestreamed on EA Sport's Twitch channel. If you watched the events, you earned a token for every livestream. Here's a quick checklist on what you had to do to claim these tokens.

1. Link your Twitch account with your EA Account
2. Watch at least 60 minutes of an EA Sports FGS event
3. Claim the rewards on Twitch
4. You will receive the token in the next 24 hours when you log into FIFA
5. Trade these tokens for your preferred rewards

By the way, unlike the Twitch Prime Gaming Rewards, you can also get them for free if you have Amazon Prime, you don't need a Twitch Prime account. You can simply use your free Twitch account for watching the livestreams.

EA's FGS Events schedule is almost as busy as it is for footballers in real life. The EA Sports Cup is currently running, in which 20 of the best teams compete against each other in a tournament mode. Prize Pool And World-Cup qualification

The most important thing for the gamers is, of course, qualifying for the FIFAe World Cup. There, the 64 participants will compete for a total of 1.2 million US dollars.

The two finalists in the FIFA 23 Global Series made it to the World Cup. Congrats to the players from NIP and Fnatic at this point. In addition to the qualification, a prize pool of 250,000 US dollars will be distributed.
