The Cyberpunk 2077 DLC "Phantom Liberty" is releasing soon. Ahead of the long-awaited content though, some players got to test it out ahead of time and the verdicts are in!
CD Projekt Red is showing off their next big release in style. Cyberpunk 2077 will be getting its DLC "Phantom Liberty" very soon and ahead of the release, some fans will have the chance to play the content ahead of time.
The first stop was at CDPR's home base in Warsaw, where fans gathered to go through the first hour of gameplay. Did the content impress or was it as lacklustre as the release of the initial game?

As just mentioned, some fans had the chance to see what you can do within the first hour of the DLC. Now we've seen the trailers and read up on all the content being added, making it seem more like a game of its own rather than just a DLC, but is it as good as CDPR make it out to be?

One Redditor sherlotka-2137 posted about her experience on Reddit, giving players a chance to ask how she liked her experience and what she thought of the game.
She explained that the world of Dogtown does seem more alive when asked about it in comparison to other districts. "Definitely. I'm sad that we only got to play for one hour, wanted to hear NPCs talk and check all the dialogue options with vendors."

It isn't just the gameplay and atmosphere that has been updated and improved, but the entire interface also got some huge upgrades.
Interface looks totally different. For example, I really liked how V's phone looks now. Way clearer, easier to read, you can see all text messages and switch between contacts. I did not check all the menus unfortunately, but skill tree also looks different
The skill tree also looks different from the original release which seems to have enhanced the entire experience of the game according to the Redditor.
But it isn't just sherlotka-2137 that is happy with the DLC. More people have gone to social media to express their satisfaction with the Cyberpunk 2077 DLC.
So it seems to be safe to say that we can get excited for this upcoming DLC. CD Projekt Red has put in a ton of work to make Cyberpunk 2077 a great game and this DLC will elevate it to the next level.
