Fortnite Cash Cups Explained

Cash Cups give players of all skill levels the opportunity to compete for cash prizes in Fortnite. This tournament always spans two rounds, with the top 50 teams from Round 1 advancing to Round 2, where they will compete for the prize money.

Each competition stage of Round 1 of the corresponding Duo Cash Cup lasts approximately three hours. Teams may participate in a maximum of ten matches during the Round 1 competition portion of a Duo Cash Cup.

In Round 2 of each Duo Cash Cup, teams will participate in a single competition segment during their respective region's Round 2 time slot. During the competition section of Round 2, teams are allowed to participate in a maximum of six matches in a three-hour period.

At the end of the Round 2 competition segment of a Duo Cash Cup, cash prizes will be awarded to the teams with the most points on the leaderboard in each region.
