FaZe Rain recently leaked DMs he shared with popular streamer Asmongold, after the latter criticized him for his actions towards the newest Faze member Grace van Dien.
Nordan "FaZe Rain" Shat has become notorious for exposing and leaking information regarding the disastrous state of FaZe Clan. It seems like he is not only good at leaking info regarding the org, as he recently revealed private DMs he shared with the popular Twitch streamer Zack "Asmongold" Hoyt.
Asmongold is well known for his no-bullsh*t personality and absolute dedication to World of Warcraft (not that it matters here). It seems like he takes that approach to most things in life, as he has now publically voiced criticism towards the way FaZe Rain handled Grace van Dien joining the org in a very no-bullsh*t way
Rain on the other hand is one of the OG members of FaZe Clan and helped to raise the org to its current position (even though it is suffering right now). After recovering from a drug induced chemical neuropathy, leaving him unable to walk for almost 2 yearsars, Rain decided to clean out the org., exposing all kinds of mismanagement.

This includes, FaZe signing celebrities and people that don't really have a connection to their roots (Call of Duty trickshots), like Snoop Dogg, and apparently Grace van Dien.
FaZe Rain Lashes Out At Content Creators & Asmongold Responds
In a 20-minute-long video, Rain and Grace discussed the whole FaZe situation. Rain explained that he never held any resentments against her as a person, but was in fact criticizing the org's decision to recruit her.
The discussion got a little heated towards the end, which is pretty much what started this whole beef.
Asmongold agreed with most of Rain's points, stating that Grace should have never been signed to begin with, as "It makes FaZe look fake and makes her look like a diversity hire".

But Asmon prioritizes Grace as a person and focuses on her well-being, stating that the way Rain treated her was scummy, after what she has been through, going so far as to call him an "asshole".
The two of them had a little back and forth in the DMs Rain leaked, and now both parties even released YouTube videos addressing the situation.
It doesn't seem like they're gonna see eye-to-eye on this. Rain feels misunderstood and painted as a bad guy, while Asmongold criticizes the way he approached the conversation, pointing out how he was being an "asshole" during the conversation.
Imagine you leave acting because some dude creeped on you, then you join an org and from your position someone who is a founder of that org legit does something similar, it's probably like PTSD for her. And It's not a shock that she'd feel that way
